Right of withdrawal

You have 30 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason.

How to withdraw

Click “Withdraw from contract here” at the bottom of the website, email us at [Email pending] or send us the form below. We will confirm receipt by email.

Then send the product back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing, to the address we give you. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered.

Refunds

We will refund the amount you paid, including shipping costs, within 14 days of you telling us you are withdrawing, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the product or proof that you have sent it back, whichever comes first.

You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling the product beyond what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exceptions

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once unsealed after delivery.

Faulty products and warranty

If the product arrives faulty or not as described, we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping costs. You also have the statutory guarantee that applies in your country (at least 2 years in the EU).
