What data we use and why

Your name, email address, phone number and address to process and ship your order, support you and meet our legal obligations (such as invoicing).

Only if you accept cookies: browsing data and measurement cookies (Meta pixel) to measure how well our ads perform, and the ad you came from.

Legal basis

Performance of the purchase contract, compliance with legal obligations and, for measurement cookies, your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the website.

Who we share it with

Only with those who need it to provide the service: the payment provider (Whop), the supplier that prepares your order and the courier, and our web hosting and email providers. With Meta, only if you accept cookies.

Some of them are outside the European Economic Area (for example in the US, or in China, where many orders ship from). These transfers are covered by GDPR safeguards (adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses) or are necessary to deliver your order.

How long

For as long as our relationship lasts and, afterwards, for as long as the law requires. Measurement data for 6 months at most.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data or for its rectification, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to its processing, by emailing [Email pending]. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the data protection authority in your country (in the UK, the ICO).
